Being on the top of the technical textile field in Turkey. Zema Tekstil manufactures jackets, trousers, hooded jackets and raincoats for the motorcycle riders from the waterproof, windproof and breathable fabrics imported.
Our products are ISO 9001 certified fabrics and are waterproof and windproof thanks to the active membrane of the high technology fabrics. The water steam arising with perspiration is easily removed. The cold weather fabrics provide full protection even under the heaviest and hardest weather conditions. These products have high quality, soft, comfortable and flexible structure. The fabrics we use are just like a second skin and silently follow the movements of the body.
The water impermeability of the fabrics are tested according to ISO 811 and does not allow any water inside at 10.000 mm water column after 10 washing processes thanks to its laminated membrane. Our fabrics are windproof. They have high breathability feature at high degrees. They are tested according to ISO 11092. They also have long-term water repellent feature.

The seams of all products manufactured by Zema Tekstil are sealed with 2- or 3-layer thermoplastic sealing tapes according to the type of the fabric. The organization logos can be optionally placed on the front and back as embroidery or printed on the motorcycle clothing. Our products are guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects.
